Pro-Israel Amy Schumer named honouree by Variety Magazine

Amy Schumer has been named as one of this 2024's honourees for Variety Magazines' “Power of Women" New York event. This annual event honours influential women for their philanthropic and charitable work and features them on special covers of the magazine.
Variety's decision has sparked debate across social media as Amy is accused of being complicit in a genocide, spreading misinformation and Islamophobic comments.
Amy has been very vocal about her Pro-Israel stance since 7 October.
