The guy in the video - Gerardo , is the coolest. If you have any issues with anything PL at a race he's at - he get's you taken care of (if he's got the part in his massive toolbox) I always pick his brain for tech info too. Now if I could only learn how to drive!

I had to do some trimming in the back or the rear wheel wells, as well as the front of the front forbthe tires to not rub. Is this normal? Mounted on 2wd slash, lcg, pro line tall body mounts. Its an older body, and a brand new slash. Maybe its newer style tires with slightly different dimensions causing the issue.

Dave hit the nail on the head :) If you cut the back window and the driver/passenger windows it prevents the parachute effect.

According to my theory, it will float, but it will not flip backwards as much as with other bodies. With a traditional or pick-up body, air mainly hits the cab area, and since the CG is way back, the car will flip backwards. Here however, the air will hit the back of the truck, stabilizing it a bit more to the front. Also, air hitting the back window will pull the back back a bit, increasing lateral stability, sacrificing a bit of airspeed.

It will work on the Pro-Line PRO-2 SC, Slash, Slash 4x4 and SC10 although it will require the extended body mount kit.

Brandon Meyer No plans for that one specifically at this time. Just the F-150 and the Flo-Tek style for now on the SC side of things.

I agree. Traxxas should have released a clear body of their ram for the slash. Proline has made chevy and ford bodies and the chevy guys are getting mad because they left the chevy guys out. They need a 01 ram body or newer model dodge ram

I think the video would've been better if the Pro-2 was tuned a lot more loose. More body roll and suspension action makes for more interesting slow-mo.

Another Ford...? Must be a lot of Ford guys out there. Seems like the majority of aftermarket bodies are Ford. I'd love to see Proline get into more Scaler bodies rather than the scale-ish SC bodies. I use a lot of PL products personally just another suggestion. I know you're doing well with the market your in. Just a selfish request.

You would need a tall body mount (which we do not currently offer) but you may be able to fabricate one that will work.
