Joe, checking the plug like you did will often show a spark, but it’s not simulating the condition the plug will be exposed to in the combustion chamber, namely fuel and compression. Making a plug spark out here in the open atmosphere is quite easy. You need to get a spark tester that takes the place of the plug, and can simulate what the ignition system will have to do to create a spark in actual running engine.

Joe, I’ve got a suggestion for you.. would you consider letting people bring their problem machine to you to diagnose and fix? It would give you content for your channel and you wouldn’t have to keep buying stuff and storing them.. you must have a huge inventory by now.. you could even start another channel were you film the sales process.. it would be interesting to see what you get for your repaired machines verses what you paid… anyway.. I’m in southern Maine and have 4 brute force 750’s all with problems.. I would make the drive out there with all of them and love to see videos of you diagnosing and fixing them… the cost of the trip would probably be cheaper than paying someone local to attempt to fix them.. just a thought.. by doing this you would have endless content for your channel and not have hundreds of machines to store.. what do you think?

Try checking the CDi box and the stator wiring and wires going to those individual coils and the one going to the pickup coil. The check the ignition switch and on&off switch. Along with the frame ground going to the body attached to the coil bolt.,or screw. Another thing to check is the copper core spark plug wire in the end of the coil out to the boot end that fits on to the spark plug. Then I'd check for coolant in the engine oil. If so the water impeller.,or woodruff key could be sherd into.,or chip off the end and out of alignment now. Another thing it could be the crankcase seals leaking. Although it could be A number of things wrong with.,or just A couple simple things needing replaced and the crankcase oil changed and oil filter to.

I was not expecting the end of that video..... Heh heh heh!!! Very nice. Honestly, if you wanna be scared to death, go to a motocross track and watch a motocross race.... Not for the race... No no... But in the crowd, and in the pits, you will see the most amazing collection of casts, braces, slings, prosthetic devices, external fixators, and piles of other medical devices that I don't even know what they are.... My point is, those people HURT themselves..... Spectacularly, apparently.... This is 100 years ago, but I had 4 crotch rockets in my garage... I had a racing license... I raced... I went to California Superbike School.... I never got hurt. I never wrecked a bike.... Honestly, there I was, wow... Maybe 11 years ago... I'm on a Road King Classic... I do a left turn in a left turn lane... the guy in front of me, Grand Cherokee, just jumps on the brakes for no reason, halfway through the turn... I jump on the binders, bike tips over.... And Joe, I am not kidding, I was struggling MIGHTILY to get that bike back up.... It was the first time in my entire life, the thought entered my mind, maybe it's time to quit riding.... Now, keep in mind, I'm like 49 or so at the time... I've already survived my first heart attack. I have a back problem, a knee problem, neck problem, shoulder problem, elbow problem.... Not from bikes, mind you, but just from working for a living.... It takes a toll. And it is scary, when reality hits you in the face, like, I'm not 25 anymore. I don't "have it", like I used to.... Your friend is not wrong about Parents, either... I thought my Dad might murder me, when I bought that first crotch rocket.... And My Mom, her mouth was just opening and closing, but no sound was coming out.... I thought she might just have a heart attack and die, right in front of me....
