Hope we get another Q&A before 50! 🤣 I'm at the 11 year mark, and some days I feel like I've barely learned a thing in all that time, and other days i'm in awe of the growth! You're right, there's so much more accessible, quality information these days that makes it feel like those newer to the game get cheat codes that took me WAY longer to learn 😅 but that's also the beauty of coaching, being able to pay it forward and help the next generation. It's been a gift that I devoted to the craft when I did, am able to constantly see it anew, and be able to cherish the time we do get to mature in the work. great video, bert 🙏🏻

I follow a lot of enhanced bodybuilders because their content is entertaining, but it's refreshing to be entertained, but also educated properly. not to mention i get a realistic view of what 25 years of dedication can get someone. does anyone have recommendations for their favorite natural bodybuilding content creators?
