What I got out of your analysis of Wazminator, which can be applied to any fighter not just SFV, is depending on the match up you should not be stingy with your resources. If you can keep your advantage while on the offensive by burning it then do so. If you're on the defense and can reset neutral or put it in your favor, again burn the resources necessary.

To beat the Guile psuedo-loop with Sagat, another option is medium dp. It's Invincible during frame 2/3 ish? I don't remember entirely but it works for me.
