Yoshikiki MC It was totally legit, the key of how he cast Whisperwood is with Nyktos, the devotion of green and that all the creatures can produce mana. I can explain but is kind of long and maybe confusing. Just focus in understand Nyktos.

Yoshikiki MC He begins the turn with Elvish Mystic, Voyagin Satyr, Sylvan Caryatid, 2x Temple of Abandon and Nyktos. 1-He taps Elvish Mystic and a Temple of Abandon to cast Rattleclaw Mystic. 2-He activates Nyktos with the second Temple of Abandon and Silvan Caryatid. He gets 4 green mana. 3-With 2 of the 4 geen mana that has in the pool, he casta a second Rattleclaw Mystic. 2 green mana remaining. 4-Then he taps the Voyaging Stayr to untap Nyktos, and activate Nyktos again with his 2 mana left. So now he has devotion of green 5 so he gets 5 green mana. 5-Wtih the 5 green mana in his pool, he cast Whisperwood Elemental. No left overs. Hope this is no to confusing. If you have any more question I'll be glad to answer them for you.

Otrebor2099 Ohhhh ok thanks that clarifies a lot. I was just very confused on how he activated the second nights, as I just saw him uncapping and tapping it. Thanks again, I play the deck, and I'm just used to activating Nykthos and using the mana all right away to cast something, I forgot it can activate itself. :) Thanks

Deng has to alpha strike his five tokens into the two Rattleclaws and Manifest in game 3 vs. Strasky (34:20) if he wants any chance to win that game. Also with 3 green spells and only one green source, he has to fire off Become Immense there too on an unblocked token so he can make use of his Atarka's Commands in the next couple turns; combined with the Stoke, that's enough burn in hand to finish off Strasky in two more turns.

In game one, as PV plays his first dig though time, why doesn't Sam Setssan Tactics the tapped Ojutai and have it fight his hornet nest? I mean, 5 bees gotta be good.
