In Game 1 at 7:50 Pierre casts a Harnessed Lightning with 6 Energy. He uses the Harnessed Lightning to deal 4 damage and ends up on 4 Energy. He should have been at 7 energy after adding 2 for the Dynavolt Tower (which he does) and then the three from the Harnessed Lightning which he does not.

how to make make my homrbrew control deck beat the aggro decks here... any suggestions

depends on what colors your playing, but in general make sure you have answers to smugglers copter, other than that its normal control stuff, slow them down until whatever wipe your playing clears the board and then trade 1 for 1 until you can drop wins, witch will most likely be either PWs or Gearhulks.

After the landrop he said go, his opponent had a landrop and said go as well and then he drew the "second card". There was an opponent's turn in between (;

shot040 Check out travis woo, he's the one who invented the deck and shared it with all these other plays. Real dick move from this guy not to say it was Travis who came up with it.

Lists of deck built around dynavolt tower have been kicking around since at least the end of september beginning with Frank Karsten article. Dagen deck has thing in the ice and niblis of frost which are not even in Woo's list. And in interview, Dagen credited French player Kevin Chiche for his specific version of the deck and explained how he tuned it for the sideboard.

Evraepony He was destroying a creature with 4 toughness, so he just went down 1 net energy.

You are right. I noticed that as well. He was a 6 - he shouldve got 3 from Harnessed Lightning, and 2 from the Dynavolt Tower trigger, bringin him to 11, then down 4 when burning the creature to 7.

Advanced Stitchwing came into play from the graveyard a few turns earlier. He cast Stitchwing Skaab from his hand, which costs 4. They're different cards and are both in his deck.
