What a wonderful product they make. Cooks fast too. I soak it in water then drop it in a pan of hot olive oil, fresh garlic, salt and chili flakes - cover for a couple minutes - and it's done.

I can't find any broccoli rabe lately. I don't like frozen. I only like to cook the fresh broccoli rabe with olive oil and garlic, like a soup. My mother-in-law introduced me to it many years ago. I love the slightly bitter taste and it is a wonderful comfort food on a cold day or any day as a side dish with pizza.
