Proaim Gripes - Quality Control Issues on Otherwise Great Products

We love Proaim, in fact we often order from them multiple times in one week. But, they do have some issues with quality control.
Most of the products are great and at an amazing price, which is fraction of the cost of bigger name brands for the same quality.
They really do have a huge selection of adapters, stabilizers, dollies, sliders, cranes.... the list is endless.
However, we have encountered many quality control issues, wrong parts, incomplete machining and products that just need work before we can use them.
We have purchased the same product months apart that are different and that is troubling when you are trying to standardize your studio.
We just wanted to gripe about the issues because we became frustrated with the last order when it was not what we expected and did not work properly.
This in no way will stop us from continuing to buy from Proaim, but it does make us question if the time we have spent fixing things justifies the savings over other brands.
We will always be honest and not pump up items to make money. We will give honest reviews, so will be great, some will suck.
Obviously, Proaim has impressed us way more than they have failed us. But that is no excuse to make us accept sloppy quality control.
We just think maybe the products should be tested before shipping. That is what companies do, at least in the USA. Maybe it is different in India, but these little mistakes can really screw up a company's reputation.

Is it me or does it still shake?

I was shaking the entire dolly. The post is solid. Previously it was not tightened down on the Elemac mount and was moving back and forth. It could not be tightened. I was trying to show that the bazooka and base were not moving independently of each other.

Stupid Proaim. Do they not read their own instructions?
