I feel like Mob's version of Sleep Well was meant to show what happened after 'The Hour of Joy", where things start to settle and calm down. The toys finally done it. They took over the company. All(Probably most) of the employees are dead. But what now. The toys are still in the factory. They still aren't human. Even after killing all of the "Evil" employees, they aren't human again. The toys committed horrible things. Things that they start to regret, and realizing if they didn't brutalize anyone and kill innocent people, they wouldn't have stayed monsters and still have some of their humanity remain, but soon then, those regrets and guilt started to fade away. It also represents what the toys were. They were just kids. Kids that have been turned into monsters. Their appearance are different, but their mindset is still sort of the same like before. It also seems to be the toys pov of The Hour of Joy, how they saw it. They saw it as freedom, but also the feeling of guilt after taking control of the entire factory. The Hour of Joy vhs tape though is how the employees and us see it. We see it as a horrible and horrifying event. The toys saw it as freedom, a moment of happiness.

The allegations of the game not being ported to consoles because of the age rating and marketing strategies are false. In short: It takes longer to optimize the game for consoles. Though porting is very easy, and can indeed be done in a few clicks, optimization is an entirely different thing. Tha game was initially made for PC, and they're currently working on getting Chapter 3 to mobile phones. But, that can tak a while. They first have to program in mobile touch controls, then they have to optimize the game for mobile phones, which in't just turning down a couple shaders. It involves turning down model quality, texture quality, optimizing the maps, optimizing the lighting, and all of that takes a while. Then, once the port's finished, they have to await the age rating, and then it can go onto mobile, and it's even harder for consoles. All consoles have different specs. Whilst Xbox and Playstation might be mostly the same, Switch isn't, and it can still take a while to optimize the game for all of them. I have a laptop with around the same specs as a PS5, and both Chapters 2 and 3 run pretty poorly with large lag spikes at moments. Poppy Playtime, as a game, is very unoptimized, and i'm not saying it's the developer's fault, I mean, they're an indie studio, and making a game that both looks and runs good can be very challenging. And with Chapter 2 probably being the most unoptimized chapter, I'd see how it would take a while to get it running properly on, for example, a Switch, which doesn't even meet the game's minimal requirements. There aren't console ports because they want to market merch to children, there aren't console ports because it takes more than just a quick alterations of the files to get it running on a console, they still need to do stuff for optimization, and especially file size. A 36GB DLC might be acceptable on PC, but not on console, and especially not on mobile. If they just packaged the game for a different platform, file size would still be a problem, and until the game's been properly optimized for consoles and mobile, it won't release. Take my comment with a grain of salt, since I'm not a console developer, but this is just from my personal understanding. I hope this will clear up a thing or two.

Hello Seth King, I just wanted to say you missed that the iOS part of the game actually has a rating on Poppy playtime chapter 2 it’s 12+ just in case you were wondering I really like the games and all but I don’t think it should be rated 12+
