General consensus from columbus GPs has been that the cost isnt worth the minor saftey benefits. It does not seem to work alone (needs torb or something combined) and its much slower acting and higher volume. Unless something changes i dont think you will see this drug in many practices. It will be reserved for practices that upsell the newest possible safety sales pitch, and places like medvet and osu where $$ doesnt seem to matter.
