Dear sir , as shown in video 5: 53 seconds- sub group value we enter 5 is this possible, Because as you stated earlier minimum of 25 subgroup with 4 value or 35 subgroup with 3 value then how could we tried subgroup value as 5 or else for demonstration purpose we just put that

Hi Sir, Can you do a similar process capability video on single side Spec limits (Like CSAT % Higher the better & Defective % Lower the better) and how to interpret the capability of the process...like CP / CPK / PP / PPK Thanks very much again in advance.

Please illustrate with example for pH and Assay for finished product of parentral products. For which parameter we can measure CpK and PpK for parentral products?

Respected Mr, can i know hint about the difference between "Control Limits & Confidence Intervals" OR I Mix errors in this question? Thanks for your time &Regards

Hi Esam, control limits are calculated based on the data and indicating +/-3 sigma from mean I.e. 6 sigma spread. Whereas confidence interval is about the mean how that can be very.

Hi, Can I select Capability six pack instead of capability analysis? And why did you choose subgroup size of 5?

Of course, you can. It depends on the sampling methods. If you had collected data in subgroups, then select the subgroup size. Otherwise, select it as a 1.

Thank you for your valuable question. It's depend on the best fit of the data. For this purpose, you have to conduct "Individual Distribution Identification".

Sure. If your response is like "Delivered" or "Not delivered", then you have to use binomial capability analysis as your response is attribute and looking for Proportion defective. If it continuous like time in minutes, then you have to use capability analysis for continuous data like the normal or nonnormal capability analysis.

@@learnandapply Thank you for your help. in fact, I think of using the days deviation from the expected delivery date as mesured variable. My tolerance limits will be the delivery intervals set by the customer. The target will be the median of that interval. What do you think about this?
