You can also add information about earned leave encashment in case of early release. Recently someone got early release initiated by HR and they deducted their earned leaves as adjustment for early release. Almost a month's salary in encashment was lost. This was despite HR confirming that there will be no deductions if the company is initiating early release.

I complete my internship on 8th july in my self declaration doj is 9 September so I m have more than 1 month to onboard yesterday they have send one mail on Interns Pre-Onboarding Engagement in which we have revise some topic and we have to make one individual project which will be evaluated by them then we have to one Assessment after joining on 3rd day. What they want how much time we have to give assessment and project 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️? it formality or seriously will evaluate? This is too much😒😒😒

Early release is something if your manager agrees. Buyout is like you pay for the days you want to get rid of it than decided (3months)
