The people building these crafts are pure genius! Very likely have no formal qualifications yet are excellent at their craft. In Western civilisations they would need doctorates or some other level of qualification, to give themselves a title.

How long has it been out I want to make an ark type sized boat like this with four 360 hydro jet engine on it to see if it can be of full use in salt water seas as well as fresh water who knows you might even be able.to make it fly inflatable hot air balloon that deploys or hot ice n magnetic force might make the impossible possible
