현장마다 기준은 조금씩 다르겠지만 나시입고 일하고 용접할때 면장갑끼고 일하고 일할때 힘든건 알겠지만 중량물다루는데 조심히 일하면 좋겠네요

1:59 Lifting magnet, mostly used with a hoist. that lever rotates a big chunk of permenent magnetic "sandwich" inside to choose which side of sandwich faces down, dummy part or magnetic one.

The magnet probably consists of several magnets half of which are rotated with the handle. In one position magnetic fields add to each other, in other - cancel each other, similaraly to "smart magnets".

It have a problem in welding process, the welding surface must be cleaned before welding. This is very important incase the air hole.

Hi, my name is Hüsamettin. From 1:43 whay use the water. Doesn't using water during cutting harden the iron?. Wouldn't it be difficult to work hardened iron?

I was wondering the same thing, but they probably heat treat it for stress relief later on. It would reduce or eliminate the need for quenching but I do find it odd if that is a hardenable steel, which it seems to be.

저도 그런줄 알고 여쭤봤는데 내부에서 자석이 위아래로 이동한다고 합니다 아래로 내리면 붙고 위로 올려서 자석을 멀리하면 떨어지고 생각보다 단순하죠? :)

Wonder why they use flame cutting table, plasma cutter would be more cost efficient in the long run, and faster too... Ditto for painting - they could easily employ electrostatic spray painting, paints faster, less paint (and solvent) loss - especially in case of "complicated" 3D shapes like the one here. Add to it hydrodynamic spray guns and the cost of painting goes way way down, while the speed of it increases several times. (Also, better for the environment.) 7:13 - it's not "straightening the holes", it's called line boring (plus facing) - yes, it gets the holes "in line" and straight, but it also makes them round, and of required final size, so the bushings can be fit in perfectly. Welding always warps the material quite a bit and bushings have to be sat very "exactly" and be "supported" well all around their entire circumference, otherwise they'd crack pretty soon (they are very hard, but brittle). 8:32 - just as I said, "bushings" - and they're not exactly "stored" in deep freeze, they're just chilled prior to fitting them in, so they shrink in size and can be inserted "slip fit" style in a hole which would be for those bushings "at room temperature" a very tight "interference fit". Once they're inserted, they heat up, expand and create an extremely tight fit. (Also, being from that moment on in a pre-stressed state make them more resistant to cracking, I guess.)

It's nice to see that they use HARDOX 400. It's a special steel alloy that is wear resistant, though I wonder if their welding is as good, seeing as the welds had some defects but probably acceptable. (I'm a welding coördinator).
