Einfach wunderschön anzusehen mit welcher Liebe und Sorgfalt diese Schuhe hergestellt wurde das einem bei sowas wirklich die Tränen kommen beim anschauen...😢 Ich habe riesigen Respekt vor diesen Menschen die noch ein wirkliches Handwerk betreiben und am leben halten möchten! Aus dem nichts mit seinen eigenen Händen was erschaffen das ist und bleibt für immer ein Weltwunder... Und mir bricht es dann das Herz wenn ich sehe wie wir mit Massen Produktion billig ware aufn Markt Schleudern diese Produkte so billig wie nur irgendwie möglich sein müssen und vlt 1 Jahr gerade mal halten nur im Kern Interesse des Menschen für schnelles Geld... Wie konnten wir wie so viel schon auf der Welt etwas wirkliches gutes und schönes nur so verwandeln?... Zum Glück gibt es noch vernünftige Menschen die sich nicht unterbekommen lassen wollen und die wahre Schönheit der menschlichen Existenz so achten und ehren! Wirklich wirklich Wunder schon dieses Video ich habe echt Tränen der Freude beim anschauen vergossen 😊

いやぁすばらしい！驚いたのはシャンクが分厚い硬質プラ（！）を底面に合わせて熱で折り曲げて、しかも全面。この仕様は初めて見た。これならドレス系ノーウィージャンあるあるの「甲横が裂ける」ような屈曲は生じませんね。がっちり固いトレッキングブーツのお手本ですな。ヨドバシさん、親会社としてこの宝を手放さないようお願いします。オグラ無きいま，ハンドメイドで残ってんのはゴロー，中山，安藤，中森ぐらいか・・・

Most kids want to be something cool when they grow up, but when I was young, I really wanted to be a cobbler. it has been sad to watch the art die out over the years. I’m 35 now and it’s probably too late at this point, but maybe one day! Much respect to anyone keeping it alive. Sidenote: I need this video without the music so I can listen to it when I sleep or meditate 😂. I love the workshop noises.

A true cobbler at work. My grandfather was a cobbler and I still have his lasts 60 years on. He started in the shoe business at age 13 and sadly died in his 70's. He was another truly skilled cobbler like this man. Thank you for bringing back memories.

sadly I watched all the cobbler stores leave the malls and what not up in the seattle area.. one of the first malls in washington state was the everett mall, it had a cobbler that had an entire store, he was there since I am born till about 25 yrs old then he was in a kiosk type smaller store where he did a lot of work onsite, leave boots he brings em back done.. he did me so many cowboy boot and work boot resoles, then I went in one day and he was gone.. haven't worn a cowboy boot since, I was really set back, my boots had yet another hole worn right through and my feet got wet in the rain, which it does all the time up there, had the same two pair of cowboy boots for like 25 yrs, then I had em in the closet another 10, finally gave em away, I think..? saw my spurs the other day tho still have those... need a nice pair of hiking boots, custom soles for my feet, gotta have em since i cut my large toe off at work.. got one pair of custom molded Rockies, work boots, gore tex, just got them resoled in las vegas of all places, they look as if they are brand new still, unreal, waterproof, this is my 4th vibram sole.. need to break em in again.. really like to have a pair of these if they can go waterproof, last pair I would ever need, you can resole em for decades.. also need cushy inserts.. :-)

Also, Cobbler is a dessert consisting of a fruit filling poured into a large baking dish and covered with a batter, biscuit, or dumpling before being baked. Some cobbler recipes, especially in the American South, resemble a thick-crusted, deep-dish pie with both a top and bottom crust. 😉🙂

¡Estoy de acuerdo con tu afirmación! En mi país este arte y oficio "murió" ya no existen estos profesionales, que son verdaderos artistas. Las grandes industrias los "exterminaron" con sus grandes Producciones de mala calidad, hay marcas que hacen buenos productos pero no como antes. Estoy intentando rescatar este arte intentando aprenderlo por hobby y por amor. mi abuelo era zapatero Pero desafortunadamente no vivió lo suficiente como para que yo pudiera aprender de él. Yo era muy joven y lo vi crear zapatos personalizados y convertir una pieza de cuero en una gran obra de arte. Mis primos Mayores que yo, tuvieron la oportunidad de aprender y continuar con este hermoso trabajo, pero a ninguno le interesó. Espero algún día poder lograr la misma técnica y perfección. Я вас разочарую, по точно такой же технологии делали обувь и в других странах, в том числе и в СССР. Я лично был знаком с двумя такими мастерами, они объясняли мне как делать наборной каблук)

3 generation with generic Vibram sole ?!... umm, NO.

@@molecula2215 first of. Vibram soles are probably the most durable soles in th world. Second, with this type of shoe construction (when the sole finally wears out after 10 or 20 years) you can very easily put on a new sole by a cobbler. Better quality compared to these boots you are not going to find. 3 generations should be possible.
