I used to work in a concrete precast site. Just much smaller scale than this. The people in this video are lucky those vibrator whips are hanging from the ceiling. We had the motor over your shoulder and carried the whole thing around. It would shake you so much lol

...or, it could be the very wet environment, so when you blow at nearly 200 km/h warm air to the colder ambient air, it create condensation (exactly like planes in the Sky) because ambient air was'nt dried by a filter (unlike very likely was the compressed air (because, wet, it may generate rust and (lot of) troubles)), so all water particles get packed, in this kind of cloudy vapor ball...

Интересно смотреть других изготовителей железобетонных изделий. Вопросы есть: 1 - арматура ржавая, 2- борта опалубки не чистят, 3- сетка после вибрации бетона поднялась, не поправлена. Пишу как контролёр по ж/б изделиям. То что рабочие ходят в масках это хорошо для лёгких. Всего самого хорошего.

White air from impact driver is mix of oil and water vapor. Air tools have to be lubed too. I have done this and just usually used a truck to move the mix around. Usually 10 cubic yards at a time.

@@Factory_Monster yeah when the air leaves the tools it goes from high pressure to low pressure (regular air pressure) which causes it to cool down and if it gets below the dew point you'll get basically fog.

this ^^ At a factory I worked at back in the day, most of our production lines had oil traps to pull the oil from the compressor lines. Meanwhile, some lines needed oiled air and so did the maintenance guys with their air tools (die grinders, torque drivers, etc) so the general compressed air supply (running to most of the plant, including the QA lab) carried oil. One time, they added too much somehow, and the air tools were spraying smoke like this for a few minutes until that cleared from the system.

The pneumatic drill works with compressed air which drives a turbine inside it that turns the end. I think if it worn out or under a lot of load, it will release the air if it can't turn the nut. Go and look at a care tyre replacement work shop, they use the same type to take the wheel nuts off the vehicle, but smaller.

I couldn't understand hove they made the raised head of drains, as they used vibration for casting concrete then hove they raised the head?

While it is technically correct to say that the vibration compacts the concrete, trapped air pockets can weaken the structure. In addition over-vibration is bad due to excess separation of the aggregate and cream (more than just surface finish).

The air comming out of the tool is...in fact... just compressed air. The white color can come from water vapor, if the compressed air has not been "dried" enough. This is my guess at least.

Precast drains, steps, or walls ain’t jack unless their made of good cement. Most precast anything break down within 8 to 10 years. The concrete used now isn’t like the cement used in the 50’s 60’s & 70’s period.

I also question the worker standing on the edge of the concrete form --- very dangerous and unnecessary But, minor rust on wire mesh is not a problem. All reinforcing wire mesh has rust, unless it's brand new out of the factory.

RC에서 철근의 부식으로 인해 강도저하가 발생하는 매커니즘은 산화철 화합물의 생성으로 부피가 팽창하여 콘크리트에 압력을 작용하여 균열을 일으키고 그 균열로 인해 강도가 떨어지는 것입니다. 반대로 말하자면 애초에 녹이 슬어있는 철근은 별 문제가 안된다는 얘기.. 양생 후 생기는 녹이 문제이지 그 이전 녹은 사실상 의미가 없다고 봐도 무방합니다
