Nice video. It was interesting to watch. I smiled at some of the work because I know this work "differently". The sentence >different countries - different laws/regulations< fits here. Electrics, for example= In the video, 3 individual cables were laid. Here, where I live, depending on the power line plan, either a 3-core or 5-core cable is laid, but these cables are covered with a protective sheath. Or drywall= In the video, the drywall panels were shot on with compressed air and the interfaces (where panel meets panel) were just taped over. Here, drywall panels are screwed on and the interfaces are plastered and a fabric is worked in. Greetings from Germany

The building must have high fire defence in place for the fire to be contained to just one flat 🙏. Fantastic remodelling. Wow the paper hanging was awesome well all of the build was. Looks fab

샷시 틀 설치 정말 중요한데 샷시와 벽사이 틈새에 폼으로 빈틈없이 채워넣고 실리콘작업을해야죠 저런식으로 하면 추운겨울되면 샷시 결로 생겨요

Я из Украины. Тоже такое вижу в первые. У нас так не делают. Странно, что гипсокартон они крепят на деревянные бруски, а не на специалиные металлические профиль.

@@742amid - I've seen wooden furring strips used on the exterior (if you are putting siding for example over a house that had stucco on it). Or on the inside of a concrete building like they are doing. The drywall is usually screwed down though! I would have thought that the staples would pull out over time.

@@DrFiero В бетонном доме в Корее летом работает кондиционер, а зимой обогреватель. От перепада температуры и влажности в квартире дерево может покрутить и по гипсокартону пойдут трещины. Краска, эти трещины, только выделит. В комнате гипсокартон необходимо крепить только на металлические профили. И только прикручивать. спасибо.

@@742amid 한국에선 여름엔 에어컨 을 쓰고 .겨울엔 집전체를 바닥 온수파이프를 이용한 온돌로 난방을 합니다 . 히터는 잘안씁니다. 고층 아파트먼트여서 통풍과 채광이 훌륭합니다. 봄 여름 가을 겨울 일정한 온도와 습도릉 유지 하는 매우 훌륭한 구조의 아파트먼트입니다. 생각하시는것처럼 온도와 습도의 변화로 집 구조재가 뒤틀리거나 변하지 않습니다. 매우 안정적입니다. 철근 이 많이 들어간 튼튼한 콘크리트 벽체에 나무도 강력하게 고정되어 있어서 뒤틀리지 않습니다. 화재시 안전을위해 석고보드를 특수 스테이플러 로 고정시키는것입니다 저런 작업 전용 스테이플러라서 충분한 내구성이 보장됩니다. 빠지지 않습니다.

Curious, were they just using a pneumatic finishing nailer to attach the ceiling wood framing to the concrete?

Had same question. Guess that "concrete" 80% gypsum or just sawdust. May be just top layer.

Suggestions: wearing plastic goggles and mask especially when working on ceiling sanding and painting. Can use moving trolleys with wheels to move fridge and furniture.

@@girlcatify пенополиуретан и герметик не могут служить средствами фиксации, только герметизации. Кроме того, на окно действуют не только силы тяжести, но и ветровые нагрузки, нагрузки деформации и излома.

@@gomersimpson2716 In Korea, more than 20 types of urethane foam are used. Urethane foam for windows has different insulation and adhesive properties. We call carpenters like you out of date.

천장 선풍기는 더운지역에 있는 바람을 사람한테 쐬서 시원해지는 용도의 선풍기가 아닙니다. 천장의 실링팬은 천장쪽 더운공기를 아래쪽으로 천천히 내려 집안전체의 기온을 일정하게 유지하기위한 선풍기입니다. 저 선풍기가 아니고 에어컨디셔너릉 이용해서 집안 온도를 시원하게 하지요 .

@@seokjoolee2261все правильно, дома в России приходится делать очень качественно, иначе суровый климат очень быстро его уничтожит. Поэтому очень странно наблюдать такое качество монтажа, не привычно.

The ceiling fan will be just about useless, it will be spinning in its own vacuum, you need at least one quarter of the blades diameter clearance from the ceiling to allow air to get too the fan blades and be forced down, otherwise its just a design element and nothing more. Thats the worst fan install i have seen.

Yes. Right. Apartments(Condominium)in Korea have not much enough ceiling height and the room for ceiling fans is limited though. The distance from flooring to ceiling is typically 2meters and 40 centimeters. It's just not to capitate the dwellers. HaHa. And It is, you kow, better than nothing.

어차피 여름에 에어컨 계속 틀어 놓고 살기 때문에 상관 없음. 바닥에 깔린 찬 공기들이 실링팬이 강제로 누르는 바람에 옆으로 넓게 퍼지게만 해주면 됨. 창호 천장에 에어컨 달렸잖음? 한국은 저게 맞음. 유행이긴 한데 없는 집보다 훨씬 시원해짐. 겨울에 영하 2, 30도 여름에 영상 3, 40도 궁금하면 1년 사계절 다 겪으며 한국서 살아 보든가.

천장의 선풍기는 대류로 인한 온도 차이를 없애기위한 천천히 작동하는 선풍기입니다. 겨울에도 씁니다. 바람이 쎄게 느껴지면 오히려 불량입니다. 바람을 직접 사람 몸에 맞아서 시원해지는 그런 용도가 아닙니다.
