Trochę lepiej niż było. W Polsce robią tak domki letniskowe. W domach robi się ocieplenie, izolację od podłogi np. Rockwool, w ścianach też dajemy wygłuszenie, izolator, dzięki temu w zimę nie jest zimno, a w lato nie ma upałów.

Вы же шутите? Если нет ,то это о многом говорит про мастеров в Японии. Данный ремонт сложно назвать ремонтом. Обои поверх других обоев, пленка поверх потолка армстронга. Гнилой пол провалился? Менять не будем, просто поставим тяжелую бытовую технику сверху. Поверх старого линолеума зачем-то на клей посадил новый, который вздулся, да еще и швы неаккуратные. В общем, слегка освежил квартиру и то низкокачественно.

It's the construction method adopted in Japan, there's a channel here that shows renovations there and the way they do it is the same, I imagine it has to do with the aesthetics of old buildings, thermal comfort and reduction of waste (it's a very clean work)
