Customer dropped off his Prada shoes at our shop to have them restored & customized. He wanted a fresh new look for his worn out Prada's. We took the shoes completely apart & rebuilt them using premium materials. It's safe to say these Prada loafers got one heck of a makeover. What do you think of the new look? Why did you choose to use fiberboard and rubbers instead of real leather for the insole and outsoles?

@KWSHOEREPAIR I wonder why It's impossible to find a resole exemple of Prada outsole who looks like / or give the same very thin and modern vibe, like the original ? I'm looking for resole my Miumiu sneakers (with very similar type of flat outsole, and sound like nobody can make it... Is it ? BUT your video and the quality of the resole is so good and satisfying, thank you so much
