I think the term for yours is “magneicatized dumaflitchee”. My dumaflitchee lacks magnifitizing rendering it pretty much useless in the canning process! Oh and wait, WHAT?? Pops was in “Oklahoma”? Why didn’t I know this????

For a ladle, I got a great metal one from Pampered Chef a few years ago, they may still make it or someone may have one on ebay. It works awesome for filling canning jars! My hubby got me an All American and I think it's also a 930 but I haven't worked up the nerve to use it just yet. Thanks for the great video. Your daughter was so sweet with my little guy and we really enjoyed hanging out with her at the first Back to the Land, SO glad we found your channel so we could see how well you guys are doing! From my personal account, we didn't get to go this year because we have a brand new baby girl due any time now. I'm due next month like Gabby but I'm older with some fun things that make me high risk. As long as we can get someone to tend animals we hope to be back next year with the whole crew ❤️
