Leave every other one or you might not have future mushrooms to pick. Also turning up the heater to 90 does not make it heat any faster, just put it on the desired temp and it will turn of an on to maintain that temp. Thanks for the video.

These are hedgehog mushrooms, the name they got due to the small "needles" they have on the bottom. Should be delicious. They don't grow in my region. Thanks for the video, friends.

They should not be stored in an airtight container. Tyvek bags like the priority mail shipping envelopes work great
