Getting into the kitchen and processing all the food from the food bank is a huge task and needed to be done. It is always important to start off with a nice breakfast to keep the energy and motivation to get the jobs done. I break things down into tasks and do one task at a time to get it all done.

Wow ! Looks so good and nutritious. Im bad about not fixing meals because it’s just me. I’ve been a widow 11 years. I use to cook 3 meals a day and loved cooking. It happened about 5 years ago or so, I just got tired of buying food and throwing it out because it would go bad so fast (mostly fresh stuff). Good question! The reason is because the food processor tends to chop it up to small for me. I like the uniform squares better. Second question: Yes you can freeze grated carrots. I do it all the time if I am going to use it in a stir fry.
