cheers mate. Yeah I tend to use multiband a lot - only if it needs it though, obviously. Sometimes a transient shaper is all you need.

I have Cubase 12 can you take this sample and chop it up and place the samples on the sample control and trigger the samples for drum and base. Is this impossible to do with Cubase. Can you tell me what is the best way to chop up breakbeats. I would greatly appreciate for any information you can give me.

Alright mate. Thanks for your comment. I'm currently on Cubase 12 also. Other than chopping up breaks like I show in this video I use the sampler track a lot. Just drag and drop a sample in and click 'slice'. You can then edit and trigger the slices using keyboard/pads/midi.
