Hi! I´ve tried with Gelato and I was dissapointed for the few paper options they had, and once I got the product the quality was like printing at Office Depot (bad). Prodigi won me over initially for the free sample pack they gave away a couple of years ago (with ca.50 different papers to print ) which convinved me THESE guys now & care about what they´re doing. I´m also a big fan from their platform: All prices, all products, all information is available and easy to access. The communication during the orders is fast, direct and friendly. And honestly also a personal better feeling. I´ve created accounts for Printify, Printful & Society6 just to check them out , and there is this feeling that they are HUGE companies who rather have 100k different products without caring and mastering an area in specific (in my case Art Prints). I guess I´m simply happy with prodigi :))

Thanks for the video. One important thing you forgot: tax and custom fees. VAT, IOSS, OSS numbers. It is a complicated thing but must be handled if you use POD.

Customs fees are paid by the recipient and if you’re going to be shipping from their own country (which is likely with drop shipping) there’s none to be paid.

Hi! Wow, I was not aware that there are countries where Etsy is not allowed. I believe that as long as your billing address is in a country where etsy is permitted, then you should face no issue. But I would suggest you to check directly in their web page:)) Good luck!

Hi! I have only use them for art prints and was very satisfied with the delivery time/quality/price. However I can not give you a review for mugs 😅 would however expect them to be consistent through all of their products.

hi! not necessarilly. Depending on the product and the location you want to ship it they might print it in : UK, EU, US , Australia or Canada. You can check here for example: www.prodigi.com/products/prints-and-posters/art-prints/ Under each item it is written from where it can be printed and shipped 😉
