Hi Miguel, not necessarily. On your prodigi account settings you can add your unique customs identification numbers to avoid unecessary additional tax charges for international deliveries (IOSS, OSS and VOEC). In my case that I use Etsy - I just added on Prodigi settings Etsy´s IOSS number - so prodigi includes it in the customs declaration and in this way my buyers don´t need to pay again (because Etsy collects VAT and other taxes during the sale).
