That playfulness lowers our emotional defense and the terribly beautiful buildup to an almost primal scream of anguish. The sorrow is palpable

you're one of the only reactors i've seen so far who not only paid attention to the brilliance of the composition and passion of the performance, but also paid attention to the message. thank you for your empathetic heart.

i have listened to this for hundres of times and every time tears hold not. Collier and AURORA's skills and playfulness with the sound of melting glaciers question directly to my heart 'what can we do' and yet there's no answer. i just wanna scream with them in the end the the video. For ever

Kudos for actually linking to the petition. I've gone over quite a few reactors who don't. The Seed is one of Aurora's most catchy songs, but never caught on (because some poeople, guess who, don't like the thought of parting with some money I guess.) Thank you for being honest.

Yes! I was choked up with you at the end. I also suspect that it was a little more pre-planned and deliberate… but also spontaneous and playful. I bet even the producer was delighted with the result.

Thanks Petra, I lost this performance and it’s a shame 🙂 Even if I don’t always vibe with Collier, in this case it’s a mic drop! Aurora is a fairy and they flow organically into each other delivering a perfect performance/message that doesn’t need any description. Pure stardust, I’m crying and furious for our sins.

You get a like and subscribe for fully understanding what this video is actually about. Thank you. PS I loved the technical analysis. This was a really masterful production, and a huge amount of thought was put into it, from the crew that set up the platform, the audio engineers. The choreography between Jacob and Aurora, their harmonising, and arrangement. Aurora is a genius at interacting with the camera and her movement. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed their playful interaction, of melodies and harmonies. I was impressed you picked up on how the focal plane, was actually on the glacier, not Aurora. No idea if it was a focus pulling accident, or deliberate, but kudos, for leaving it in.

Thank you for subscribing! I was happy to convey the message of this project, and I hope I could get the the message out 💙🌎 I also loved the fact that Aurora was dressed in the color of the glacier (realised it while I edited).

It is an amazing video og thank you so much for your great reaction. I think most of us had goosebumps through this. A slightly weird, but very nice aspect of watching reactions for me is this feeling of sharing an experience even if we are alll sitting thousands of miles apart and at different times. And seeing your emotions that mirrors my own adds so much to the experience! Thank you for letting us see that also!❤😊

Aurora partnered with Chooose to become carbon neutral and was one of the first artists to be certified by the UNs Climate Neutral Now program. She gives a percentage of her income to Brian Eno's charity EarthPercent, which uses the money on conservation projects. She also co-wrote her latest album with The Earth, so that royalties also go to conservation purposes.
