I feel like Adam and Michael are like that uncle and nephew that are really close and have constant banter and I also feel like Michael has found someone who isn’t trying to eat off of him and can let his guard down and be genuine with Adam and not feel like he has to be cautious. A true friendship a lot of us we wished we have. I have nothing but pure good things to say about this duos friendship

What an awesome house overall. Those moss walls are such a cool feature. One thing I always find weird in these big mansions is that the garages are often very small. You would think at least double the size of that garage would be the minimum in a house like this.

Hi Micheal and Adam. I have been following you guys from your day one together and love your productions. When I need a lift and the end of the day, you guys never fail 😊 Have you ever considered sharing some of the amazing outrageous restaurants and their amazing menus and food that you guys have over there on the west coast and on the outrageous east coast 😅. I think many of us followers would enjoy that added to your repertoire. You guys spread a lot of joy..... Thank you ❤

Stunning mansion, way too big for me now, but spectacular for those with both the money and desire for a mansion, something I would have loved back in the day. This will make some family a beautiful home. It’s a very homely house not so sterile as many are. I love how it feels so secluded and private. Stunning, stunning outside areas, so many areas to choose from. Thank you Michael and Adam, love the mansion tours. Love from Australia ❤❤❤

After watching many of your videos I finally subscribed. Just doing home work to see if I should buy a 50M, 5M or 500K Home. Want to see what property taxes and upkeep costs would be if it’s worth it. With some of these homes yearly costs can be the cost of a small home wich I could flip and or rent out. Thanks for the amazing tour(s)… hope to see many more, Cheers 🥂

So what a lot of ppl don’t realise is that you don’t need $30 million to live in a house like this you just need to able to afford the mortgage repayment which at a guess is probably about $20-30k per month plus taxes and maintenance so probably $40k per month. So less than half a mill a year which is way more obtainable than 30 million up front.

Hi guys, you are amazing! I would love to share my ideas and you can do whatever you want with it. First, you are visiting such beautiful houses but never tried it's appliances, like when you go to kitchen why don't you try their coffee machine or try to prepare a light dish and eat it, going to bathroom or swimming pool, why don't you use it, and so on. I think it will be interesting for people to see how it feels when you are using all these fun things. Maybe use dome humour in the process. All the success Jan

Although I will never understand this passion for modern style, I admit that it is always good to keep an open mind. Not because this minimalist style resembling Lego or Minecraft blocks ends up softening you but because it can sometimes give certain original ideas to those who, like me, prefer a more classic, Mediterranean or Victorian style. And, we must admit, it is always interesting to follow the tag team of Michael and Adam anywhere. It's even more fun when a pretty lady joins in, forcing our two proud peacocks to show off their most beautiful feathers.
@loluser41 Жыл бұрын
The modernist architect generation is currently the most experienced, they're on the top of the indistry and their design language doesn't change. One of the advantages of simple rectangular shapes is, that it's like a canvas to showpiece the other architectural values like materiality, interior design and art. Also, it's cheaper to build and work around. Curved walls require bespoke furniture and design, has lots of hidden complications that will add up to the overall cost of the project and can distract the eye from the intended features
@magicmike7198 Жыл бұрын
@@loluser41 Obviously you like modern style! That's ok. There are probably more people who agree with you than with me. But i can't help it: everything you said is ex-ac-tly what I don't like about the Minecraft style... sorry, the modern style. As much as you see it as a blank canvas on which we can give free rein to our minimalist imagination, I also see simplistic and boring futuristic decors, without personality and all identical (same lighting fixtures, same fashionable artistic statue, etc. ..). In addition, the decor quickly becomes an old trend and must be constantly renewed. No, I much prefer the style of house you see on the TV Show "Charmed" (late 90s and 2000s) than any fashionable house of today. but as long as Michael and Adam are my guides, I'm willing to follow them anywhere, no matter how futuristic the place may be. Some little ideas are interesting and make me think.
