Before founding the Silicon Valley Product Group to pursue his interests in helping others create successful products through his writing, speaking, advising and coaching, Marty served as a product executive for some of the most successful companies in the world, including Hewlett-Packard, Netscape, and eBay.

My favorite part about the talk might have been about reference customers. I did this for our startup, Specdrums, and it proved to be incredibly valuable.

He is brilliant and *completely* right on every point throughout the entire presentation. Sadly, you can tell by many of the questions asked that some people are too invested in their poor practices and understanding to be open to doing things in a far better way. Thank you so much for posting this.
