Only has 1 hole but includes two screws, whats the second screw for?

The second screw is a backup. We often get emails from customers saying they lost a screw. This is just a small addition to make sure you have the hardware you need.

Does this increase the rate of fire on full auto since it has a shorter stroke?

Because the full-auto is geared, the rate of fire does not change based on the starting position of the pusher unless you also change the gear the pusher interfaces with.
