Thank you for this incredibly detailed and comprehensive review! I LOVE that you went into so much detail about the thickness of the pads. Most other Novel Red reviews don't do that as much as I would have liked. I also love all of your anecdotes; I'm always laughing with you :). I think they're fantastic, but a little over priced--perhaps as they are all custom and high quality? Yurtcraft is also very famous(with all the good reason!) but her pads are more budget friendly in comparison to Novel Red--due to them being ready to ship(non-custom)?? For example: a Novel Red cotton 9inch Heavy(not XHeavy) is $11.25. A Yurtcraft cotton 12.5inch Heavy/Ultra is $11.50. Either way I love them both, but I hate the Novel Red tags. She offers an option for no tags in her custom shop so thank goodness for that.

I too have a Jabberwocky pad and I LOVE it! Such a beautiful pad! My 11" curved from Novel Red is my favorite pad - so floppy and gorgeous.

I love love love Novel Red. I think I have one of her very first crushed velvet pads. Absolutely the best and her customer service is wonderful.

A lot of people love these. I unfortunately did not. The size didn't work for me. Also the crushed velvet was an irritant. The tag also irritated my skin as well. They were well made and well constructed. I got the 13 inch flare. The flare wasn't wide enough. It also wasn't quite 13 inches which it bunches up. Didn't work for me.

I ordered my 1st Novel Red on November 18th based off of your stash videos...go figure...right? It still hasn't come 😩😩I'm so not patient.

Although, they didn't work for me, she does excellent work. The stitching and the cores. It takes time as she sews them. I wish they would have worked for me. They were very good looking.

+Lizy Lize Yeah, her site has a notice that said with Thanksgiving and Christmas orders, it could take up to four weeks...but you're getting close to that mark. If you don't get them this week, shoot her a message. You ordered before Black Friday, so I would think it should be there by now.

+Jacquiline Cardozo it was too short as I need a 14 inch and the flare was too narrow for the top. I am a front person and I needed the coverage.

I almost ordered some of her pads, but that line down the center really put me off. I messaged asking if I could have it without the line, but she said no. I leak through anything but pul unfortunately. I might order some liners though.
