Does your printer turn off after a few mins when not in use and turn back on when you send something to print?

Hi my printer stays on all the time. Only goes off when I switch it off! Hope this helps

there is a setting that you can turn on with the admin panel. you can either turn on power saving mode after 5/10/15 min, or turn off after 5/10/15 min. Hope this helps you

I bought a HP printer in November and haven't been able to download the printer info without going to Apple store. So can't use the printer, having to give it away. I won't buy an HP again and I don't require a WIFI printer. I'm against it and don't recommend it.

You can print the Instructions by pressing the wifi button . Follow the instructions. It may be displayed in the instant. Password might be on your printer or in the packaging. Or the process might not always require a password. If you still have difficulties contact your store. Hope this helps !
