ping pang 4c hair gets tangled very easily. Most 4c naturals like to either pre section, pre de tangle, pre shampoo with oil (pre poo) before they actually start shampooing. For me I don't have the patience or time so I just wash my hair and let my Aussie moist or garnier whole blends take care of the detangling.

Lindsay yes!!!! Most girls who use it have thick hair. I would just apply it in sections. So you get it everywhere. They also recommend combing it through with a wide tooth comb. Try it, it's great.

My favorite shampoo is the shea moisture 100% virgin coconut oil shampoo because it acts as a shampoo but once you rinse it out you feel like you used a co-wash. My favorite conditioner is the shea moisture manuka honey conditioner because it has amazing slip for something that is so natural. My favorite deep conditioner is the shea moisture raw shea butter deep treatment masque because the ingredients are amazing and you get so much product. I have wavy 2b hair.

You can twist the nozzle on a spray bottle to change the flow of water. For ex, you can make it misty or make it a steady stream.

Trader Joe's tea tree tingle shampoo is my holy Grail. I mix around like a teaspoon or two into about a cup of water and swish it around. I pour the solution onto my scalp and rub it in. I find that mixing w/ water helps low-lathering shampoos lather up a lot nicer, it saturates your scalp better, you use less shampoo and it's more gentle :) The tea tree shampoo is sulfate free and really gentle, good for all hair types and fixes itchy scalp. The conditioner is really light, a good rinse out for fine or straight hair, but probably better suited as a leave in for thicker or coily hair.

My holy grail used to be Shea Moisture Raw Shea Shampoo but they changed the formula :( Any suggestions for another sulfate free shampoo that does't need a conditioner follow up.
