great build! for the main building, I personally would make the cantilever (overhang) floor thicker at the bottom side to make it structurally aesthetic and "real" when looking from outside. similar to how you built the twin entrances by the port. maybe add a diagonal beam to show that the building has some form of support. always enjoyed your build videos for some inspiration!

dude use the wall 26 on top of the wall 26 (inverted) to make stair handrails, to make stair handrails, it will give you a more open and clean construction. Nice build tho

Looks fancy, but, for me, a bit sophisticated. Maybe because since Swamps I dont use wood for coal, just fight Surtlings, and since Ashlands I prefer to decentralise metalworks. Still, building looks great!
