Hi guys. I had to use smaller cutters because the plate resonated a lot.😵💫

Пишите, пожалуйста ещё и время обработки. Спасибо, вы молодцы!👍

Хорошая работа, так держать 😊

One trick I’ve learned for big plates that I find are resonating too much is sticking silly puddy on the under side of my material. The puddy has been really saving time for me because I don’t have to slow down to compensate for chatter

Ahoj kolegove. Pekne to mate jako vzdy. Jen by me zajimalo, kolik se to ve vysledku prohlo? Proc chladite jen u vrtani?
@CncFrezar28 күн бұрын
Prehlo sa to asi 0.5mm. Tie hrubovacie plátky nemajú radi vodu ale tie HSS vrtáky musia mať vodu.

why not use more end mills for the pockets ? and use large indexable end mills for the loads of material removal ? also plz cut the high pitch compressed air sound out of the soundtrack (i assume it only appears when you turn on external air not internal )

How long those inserts last?
@CncFrezar29 күн бұрын
Under these conditions, about 3 hours

OK, as a sub😊 Q1-why don’t you videotape the indicating of the project?😅 Q2-let us see your 2025 office calendar??😮
@anthonyrivers839528 күн бұрын
Omg, I see the indicating. I see your little wiggly thing.😂

Add coolant please
@timebandit5203Ай бұрын
Dry milling in steel ist way superior. Higher cutting speeds possible and jigher insert lifetime
@zajawamotocykle9256Ай бұрын
@timebandit5203 coolant is better
@timebandit5203Ай бұрын
@@zajawamotocykle9256 No it ain't. Milling ist definetly far superior with pressurized air instead of coolant with carbide tools.Try it out and thank me later.
