Always loved that element of this track! And I had wondered how it was sculpted, thanks for being so open to sharing how it was done. Excited to see where your channel goes

I love this video! I always wondered how you filtered that, I assumed you filtered and bounced every little step but this is so much easier and creative!

I use a lot of different techniques. But the Filterfreak is really intuitive to use and you can get good results quite quickly.

Another great one! I've been trying to make music for years but always seem to get stuck getting ideas out, this series has helped massively. Thanks, Janus!

That's awesome to hear! Anything particular that you would like to see me talk about? :)

@@JanusRasmussen A breakdown of a full track would be fantastic; the initial idea or how it started, then your process in fleshing out that idea (the track structure, different parts etc.) and completing/mixing the track. That's the part I struggle with personally - how to make a whole track from an idea. Thanks so much!

I'm a very new producer, these are really great tips Thanks!... what I thought would be cool is if you use all the tips and snippets from the vids to produce an actual track! seeing how things go together is very useful Cheers

Thanks for the video!) Janus, I’ve got a question about the cover of your album - was it drawn based on your own idea or sketch? Does it have any special meaning? It’s great, because it really fits the atmosphere your music creates)

Hey Janus! How do you manage to sync the "start phase" of the filterfreak rhythm section? My rhythm sequencer keeps running and when I start transport it does not reset to the beginning of the phase, but keeps going in free run. Is BPM synced, but not phrase synced

Damn, I am always trying to do this with automation, but this is so much quicker. The problem was always staying in the flow and trying different things out fast. The plugin is even on sale atm, so I guess I am lucky :D
@JanusRasmussen4 жыл бұрын
Yes, I got the Soundtoys bundle on a sale a few years back. Use a lot of their plugins everyday :) recommended.
