Cool! Curious, what’s your favorite thing about WatchOS? I didn’t realize how hand-in-hand it goes with health and fitness tracking. Loving it so far

@@brianruizy When I first got it, I loved how present it allowed you to be. A lot of people talk about buying a 'dumb phone to stop them being distracted. The Apple Watch does that. You can go a whole day just using your watch without needing to get your phone out. For Health, it's great to track my sleep and see how my recovery is. If I notice my recovery is quite low then I'll tone down my effort for the day to ensure I don't get injured. I use Athlytic for numbers and Gentler with better UI. I also recently started using an app called Rise which use your sleep data to show your circadian rhythm allowing you to see your highs and lows throughout the day. I know when I"ll work best and when I should nap exercise etc. That's just the very start of my uses.
