I remember having to do PT (for my flat feet) when I was younger and being tasked with 30 minute stretch exercises on top of my hour appointment and it was brutal! I used to never do my exercises and eventually I stopped PT because it really wasn't helping improve my problem. But, I'm rooting for you girl!

I read illiac creast and was very confused throughout. I also call finishing it a win 😅I didnt get my answer's but it could be the book was above my intelligence 😂 I to have had some low days and starting to lift myself out of them. Doing my old school april has defo helped. Binge reading all my 80s 90s old reads has cheered me up. I had hip surgery in 2016 when I was 11 and was on crutches for 10 weeks. After I stopped using crutches I had to teach my right leg to walk again. It is a really weird sensation, especially because you know how to walk but you can't make yourself walk properly.

Today, in a video I’ve seen earlier, I’ve learned that you can set up a shortcut so when you open a “distracting” app it automatically sends you to a “productive” app like notion! (I’ve also learned that I hate to ask even for accommodations I actually need in public, mostly because I find it extremely humiliating, especially because they usually answer you like you’re a spoiled child. Sorry for the negative thoughts🥲) Also, not a new thing, but I’ve learned once again that every time I watch your videos I immediately feel a lot lot better. ❤

bella, i’ve just finished reading a gorgeous manga series “pandora hearts” and i don’t know if you’ve heard of it or if you’ve read it, but i recommend it to you even though you have plenty of manga to read! i heard many things about “pandora hearts”, and people basically say that it’s very hard to get into, and i definitely agree with that. the story has 24 volumes, and i was trying to understand what was going on for the first 8-10 volumes. i know it’s a lot, but so worth it! the characters, the plot, the vibes, the trauma and the drama! at the end, everything, literally everything falls into place, and you understand why everything was that way. i want to sing ballads to this manga, it’s so beautiful. but i beg you not to watch anime based on manga, because it’s just not it. anyways, i’m glad to share with you my thoughts! hope you’re having a good day💌 p.s. it happens to me all the time when i’m reading a book and the book that i’ve just finished reading is mentioned there
