I use blobby pins for my heartless curl and tie the ends together at the back as I also find it is a bit soft. Bobby pins to keep the looser bits secure x

I don’t follow a super specific recipe much anymore sorry, I just do it to taste! But this is a really rough estimate of what you need: 1-3 oranges depending on how sweet you like it, a big chunk of ginger depending on how spicy you like it, I usually go for like 3-5 inches, a lemon, and a dash of turmeric and black pepper. I blend it up with a bit of water if needed (or coconut water would be amazing) and then strain it xx

i think so! I've used it a ton already and it's way more comfortable than others I've tried. It's quite expensive so I wouldn't view it as a 'need', more as a nice upgrade if you already do heatless curls a lot
