Ive been struggling with acne for 6 or 7 years now, ive had it since i was 10 or 11 and im 17 now, its been years since ive seen my skin completely clear with no acne or scars. I've tried so many products, every hack and it was all so exhausting. I've wanted to give up so many times but somehow im still here trying new products and trying to have faith that they will work. maaan I remember having the same kind of acne in 2020… it was so bad I would sleep on an ice pack and cry, hated looking at mirrors, painful to touch or move 😭 but truly, having that level of acne CHANGES YOU, gives you a confidence that’s pretty unbreakable in my opinion.. cuz life keeps moving even though you don’t wanna go out and face people. acne sounds small but it’s a big deal! the ones who get it, get it. so happy you’re healing and so is your acne ❤️‍🩹

I’m 38 and in the last year or so I started getting really bad hormonal acne not only on my face but my back as well. It’s very hard to feel confident especially in the gym when I have so much on my back. I’ve been using the tower 28 spray and panoxyl and even prescription medicine and haven’t seen a change. I’ve been using them for months now too. I want to feel confident and wear the cute clothes not only in the gym but in general and it’s so disheartening. Thank you for being open and honest and vulnerable to talk about it and make me feel less alone.

Long story short, I switched birth controls and my dermatologist put me on topical clindamycin and a 10% benzoyl peroxide wash. For me, this combo is KING! Great video. I totally get the skin issues! I used to have terrible acne, it has gotten a lot better in my late 20s and I am very thankful. I live in a dry climate and having a humidifier run at night while I’m sleeping helps my dry skin and my husbands eczema.
