Fixing problems by moving forward - such a great thing to keep in mind when procrastinating because you're doubting the topic and sources... that's where I am now, but your videos inspire me to get back at it!

one your fav parts of vlogging is filming moo, and one of my fav parts of your vlogs is seeing moo 💖💖 she reminds me of my dog scuttles who passed away about a year ago, so every time I see her it warms my heart

This might seem silly but sometimes I wonder, how do you have so much stamina to read both for study and for leisure? In these videos it seems like you’re reading all the time which is amazing! I’m in grad school now and just find it hard to want to read for pleasure when all the schoolwork is out of the way. maybe a video topic could be how to build a habit of reading for pleasure or falling in love with reading again? ❤️

This video is a great reminder that it's been a while since I checked my February goals (oooops). One thing I am working on is my sleep hygiene, every time my sleep app congratulates me for sleeping over 7 hours, I am so happy

Well that was a tease at the end! I thought you were going to post another video in the morning! Lol… but happy to read that you are back on a regular weekly posting schedule! Your Moo is also one of the top highlights of your videos for me! I just can't stand how cute she is! This was an amazing video… very relaxing for sure. And the music that you choose to put in between you speaking is just lovely and perfectly paired with the things that you are filming… Great work!

Hey Kaelyn! Quick question--why don't you read/annotate pdfs in Zotero? It'll save all your highlights as searchable, color-coded annotations (ie, if I want to see if I highlighted anything in the color orange with the word "fiction" in a document I can do that without looking up every occurrence of the word fiction and visually assessing whether or not I've highlight it orange). I'm also a PhD student and I cannot imagine going back to Goodnotes from Zotero. (The iPad app is also great for annotating.) Is there something about Goodnotes I'm missing?
@KaelynGraceApple8 ай бұрын
I find the tech incredibly outdated and clunky with zotero
@LovelyOwl2748 ай бұрын
@@KaelynGraceApple Goodnotes is definitely more elegant, but on a workflow level I find that Zotero's functionality with quotation/citation cuts the friction way down when I'm writing on secondary lit. But I get it!

We should all use the systems that work best for us :) I no longer use a citation management software so I have cut zotero from my workflow and this is what makes most sense for me @@LovelyOwl274
