I downloaded the cam scanner app to my phone, which allows me to easily scan documents and send them by email as PDF files. So much simpler than trying to locate a place to scan documents. It’s reasonably priced and very useful and handy. Also, if you have an iPhone, the NOTES app also scans and emails. I'm sure these are things you already know 😊

You should have used the Microsoft Lens app on your phone! Almost as good as any scanner.

When meal prepping its best to put the Single Ingredient into a Container, so you can mix and match. And not end up eating the same meal for 5 days

Thought for sure you'd give that living room plant a little TLC! Why does it look so wilted? Got to be too much watering or too little. Plants need to be happy too ;) I'm very impressed that you take the time to precook a week's worth of lunches. I often make extra at dinner and freeze a serving for a lunch later. That way you don't have to eat the same lunch for a week.
