my group trip has been planned and we're going to Japan in 2023! i planned this trip due to an overwhelming number of responses letting me know that this is where you want to go. i wanted to ensure everyone has enough time to save and plan for it (as well as see what the tourist situation is there), so this trip will be next year :')

I recently made sushi myself,and its so much easier to cut if you wrap it in cling film/plastic wrap! It helps to keep it tight together so the knife cuts through easily. You should try it next time! Loved the vid as always,you inspire me to try and get my life together a bit more!

A tip for your flowers! Before putting them into the vase, cut the bottom of the stem diagonally and smush it a little- it makes mine last for 1-2 weeks :)

I recently opened an Etsy shop just selling some of my own sticker designs and I've come to find that the extras matter a lot since I've been the customer. When you see something wrapped in tissue or get that cute little note it makes a difference and it will keep me coming back as a customer. I have been wanting to start my own business and be my own boss for a long time. I have gotten ideas in the past but i feel discouraged thinking the business wont take off. You have inspired me to try! I've talked to some friends to get some ideas. In the past I've painted so much trying to start my own business but the paintings are just sitting in a box on my bedroom floor. I've told my grandparents and my aunts and uncles about it and the only one to buy anything was my Aunt Elizabeth... The only thing is she didn't hang them up.. They are just sitting on her shelf without a purpose. Seeing you staying positive through out the journey makes me wanna stay positive and think maybe i do have a chance at this! With your knife, it’s better to get it professionally sharpened once or twice a year and then use a honing steel the rest of the time. Also using plastic cutting boards is probably dulling/damaging it quicker. I’d recommend an epicurean cutting board if you put them through the dishwasher - it’s made of a dishwasher safe material that won’t hurt your knives. But if you don’t use a dishwasher and are ok with using wood and meat together, use a bamboo or wooden board. Better for the knife. Love your videos and I actually got a custom knife made from the same place you got yours done at because of these videos!
