I love the new progress bars and circles for number properties! I actually found it randomly recently because I am implementing some high level income tracking in the coming months and it's pretty cool to automatically see how close I am to each goal.

awesome video man! thank you for putting out such well-thought-out and informative content. I have a question that perhaps you can help me with…so with the new updates, I've noticed that you no longer can link, or embed a picture as a page’s icon? I used to find this incredibly useful when creating, a book page with a picture of the book’s cover, or a page for a person or company where a headshot, or a company’s logo would be both aesthetically appealing and useful in quick referencing. Any idea how I can still make this happen?

I attend/lead lots of meetings and take frequent notes. Notion has been great for this task. I've got a database setup and individual pages for notes within the database. My question is when action items for me occur during these meetings, is there a way for me to include the action item within the meeting notes (which I do now and the items are discussed at the next meeting), but also include these items as individual tasks/separate items in the database? In OneNote, it's possible to tag an item as a "to do" and then generate a page with anything that was tagged as a "to do". I'm looking for a way to tag/flag a particular block in Notion as a to do, having it appear as a separate item in the database, but also keep it within the comments. Not sure if sync'd blocks will help or not. Thank you!
@clashguideswithdusk74872 жыл бұрын
Create a to-do database and relate it to your meeting notes. Create a linked database within the meeting note template and filter by the relation previously. For now, filter relation by the template. When you start a new template, there will be an empty to-do database which is linked to the meeting itself. You can expand this further afterwards

@ProductiveDude2 жыл бұрын
Hmm that sounds strange. You should be able to wrap whichever column you want. There may be exceptions based on property type.
