Why won’t my 1000 value show up after I typed it into the value section at the database?

Hi GroovyRamon X, When you are using the Data View. You must Edit the value and then send the edit to the Productivity. accautomation.ca/productivity-1000-series-plc-monitoring-and-testing-the-program/ This will show you how to use the edit. I hope this helps you out. Regards, Garry

Here is a simple start / stop (LATCH) circuit. accautomation.ca/productivity-1000-series-plc-first-program/ You can also use the set and reset instructions. I hope this helps you out. Regards, Garry

Garry can you change the preset value of the structure tag though an HMI interface or do we have to create a new tag for the preset value and done to be able to change it through an HMI interface?
@ACCautomation5 жыл бұрын
Hi Peter, You can use the existing structure tag for the timer. In the tag database, a Modbus address can be assigned for the preset value. Regards, Garry

what would Timer1 do if both Time Up and Time Down were on at the same time? Meaning switches 3 and 4 both on
@ACCautomation6 жыл бұрын
Our first input (Switch3) will be the time up. When this is on the timer will time up at the time base rate we selected. The second input (Switch4) will be the time down. When this is on the timer will time down at the time base rate. When both time up and time down inputs are on at the same time the timer will not count. This is documented on the website at the following address: accautomation.ca/productivity-1000-series-plc-timer-instructions/ Regards, Garry

I have a P1-540 and the instructions and this video do a lousy job of explaining how the timers really work.
