As someone struggling with depression, I just wanted to say that this spread is a game changer. I just started using it recently as a habit tracker of sorts and it's been a great source of motivation. I never much liked traditional habit trackers because they made me feel guilty if I wasn't able to accomplish something for a few days. With this style of tracker, it's much more about being proud of accomplishing what I did in the day, not beating myself up for what I didn't. Right now I'm using it to track things that seem pretty minor (shower, brush teeth, stretch, etc.) but 🥺those small things can be worth celebrating when life gets rough. Thanks so much Jashii for the inspo! 💕

This is lovely :) I think I'm going to play with this and replace my habit tracker with it. I started a system where I give certain activities different amounts of points depending on their importance, tally up the total possible points based on what's expected of me each day, and calculate what would be considered 80%, 60%, 40%, and 20% of the points. Then I assign prizes for each tier and write down how many points I earned each day. At the end of the month I reward myself based on how many points I earned overall. I'm kind of a nerd and I'm going to be surprised if anyone even reads this lmao Anyway I'm super excited to use this kind of layout and using the color coding for the points because I think it's gonna be very pretty and fun!

THANK YOU! I have been trying to figure out how to structure this type of what-I-got-done tracking for MONTHS. My brain could not handle how to track things like doing 3 loads of laundry in a day when I had only one checkbox in my daily task list. My journal is mostly a plant watering log and I'm trying to figure out how to make that same style of tracking (done vs to-do) work for the rest of my life.

I really appreciate how clearly articulated this video is! I use a modified version of the pictograms not as a separate spread but now filling in a line on the same weekly spread I've been using for five years. Since I use mine as a when did I last type tracker to make sure I stay on top of helping around the house and well rounded self care, the low energy cost of using symbols to annotate helps. It also helps me not beat myself up if I fall off the wagon and stop using them, since I still use my week at glance for other things and don't end up with tons of empty space. Thanks for going over customizations in your video - it was useful to think about other ways this could be used.

I was kinda Pooh-poohing this idea until you suggested to try it as a weekly. I’m going to try that because it’s not such a commitment. I wish you could see what an influence you’ve had on my bullet journal. It was originally just 200 pages of to-do lists and some collections. It now has so many different pages that I love. I love opening it now because it’s not just “WTF do I need to do today”. So. Thanks!

Wow, the way you use it seems so much better than the original! I tried this for many months but gave up on it cause it was too much to keep up and didn't help me whatsoever. I have Productivity tracker for third month now in July (thanks to you when I saw it in one of your videos for the first time) and it's great way to remind myself that the time wasn't completely wasted even if it doesn't fall in the habit tracker. Also with this I could cut down habit tracker to 5 or six things and they fit more comfortably and clearly on one page (I had them on one page before too but it was overloaded), so yay! I just couldn't think out any easy icons for most of the things I track so I just use letters and different colour frame (originally planned to colour the whole space with the letter but colouring just the frame is quicker lol (I don't have pre-lined (is that a word? probably not) squares like that, I have just linked the rows and make the "squares" only when I write down some tracked thing there.)) (5 colours for 5 groups of tracked things). And I have my key on separate paper.
@JashiiCorrin

Colouring just the edges was something I contemplated for July, but then I got my icons out of order 😂 haha Cool that it’s been able to allow for tweaking of your habit tracker too! 👍

This is great, i've been trying to find a way to figure out how productive i've been! I'm constantly do small 5-minute tasks throughout the work day, but it feels like nothing gets done. I also play TTRPG, so i've been trying to figure out a way to "game-ify" my life. Every level, my mages gain new spells. What would the equivalent IRL be? And how would I gain experience? I think I'm gonna keep level requirements the same but give myself XP instead (and bonus XP for completing level 4). And new spells would be...STICKERS! Or yarn! Or whatever shiny new thing I want right now!
