i went from "oh i'll just wait for iphone 16 pro max comes out in sept", to buying 13" m4 ipad pro with pencil pro and magic keyboard, then trading in my 11 pro max for 15 plus. all because apple trx. they allowed to use student discounts on all ipad products and accessories too which what made me got em all LOL.

so the store isn't that different from what switch and machine was offering, there was nothing missing out in the first place. Just the "Official" was missing but even though it was not here the other stores who were here beforehand made up for the FOMO. Had to line up for 30 minutes and the only thing that is worth talking about is the top garden floor, they gave away tot bags and they are accommodating student discount in store. For anyone out there thinking they missed out no you can go anytime no need to be only today. It's worth visiting, but it's not as different as the normal apple stores Malaysia had for years. Cheers

Let's see, Apple store offers A to Z services from purchasing, troubleshooting, claim and repairs, all done in house. Try going to Machine or Switch and tell them you wanna repair your Apple products in the store. Before this, Apple Care only covered Mac and iPad, no iPhone coverage but now with Apple store, your iPhone is covered by Apple Care.

Apple Better & More Friendly Customer Service,Apple Officials Warranty & Official repair service, 14days return policy , corporate partner discount, student discounted price, Apple Care + Extended Warranty…it’s all only happening by Apple official store…not 3rd party store like Switch or Machine can provide ….Zzzzzzz

Main thing ppl want ystrdy was obviously the limited freebies tote bag (other stores got t-shirts, MY's got tote bag cz we luv shopping/malls😅). Other things we fomo ystrdy icl myself here were to meet/greet/selfie/taking signature from the brand's high ranking ppl who officiated the store, seeing our names on the store's receipt on the day it was 1st opened & the chance to be in the history of the store's 1st in MY in our own pics/vids & (if we're lucky) on tv/internet news reporting the historic event!😙
