Refreshing to see how Samsung is doing. I've gone back and forth with Samsung and iPhone for years, and you hit all the problems I've had with Samsung. Since I'm no longer a super user, the basic and easy iPhone is all I need in my busy life. Although I truly miss dual apps, notifications, and the numbers row on the keyboard.

Glad you brought up the grainy issues when lowering the brightness. I commented on your ig post and you're the only person who's reached back out! Not many people can see it or even notice it but at night it bothered me a lot because I use my phone at low brightness. It was a defective unit btw. My exchange unit didn't have that issue.

Amazing video Andres! I just finished my switch to full Samsung ecosystem minus a TV(soon) and am very pleased with how it all flows! I appreciate how you question problems and wait for patterns and analyze before speaking. Thats a true lost skill of today's world I don't see much of on KZbin and why I support you and your channel. FYI - iOS18 has RCS messaging so you will no longer be the blacksheep. You'll get the moving 3 dots when iPhone or Android is typing, no more of the color bubbles and the best part, no more potato quality pictures / videos between to the two operating systems. I'm on iOS18 Beta 2 and Messaging is so much better than 17.

Apple still needs to improve RCS implementation. While texting with Android users it can be unclear whether you’re using RCS or SMS sometimes. Apple should have changed the bubble color but we know why they won’t do that

To your point about sharing media with Apple users and it sending granular looking videos/pics, there is a way to do it pretty simply using your Google Photos App. I have an S22+, waiting on my S24 Ultra. Go into the Pic or vid, then click share. You'll then see a button called "Create Link". You then send that link to your contact and it will be in its original quality.😊

I did the opposite, was a Samsung fan and always had both a the latest iPhone Pro Max and Samsung Ultra. The Apple ecosystem I just could not leave with my MacBook. I use a Mac 8 hours a day, answer calls with it, FaceTime with it, Text with it, use my iPhone 15 Pro Max for Teams meetings and AirDrop back / forth. So I sold my Samsung phone and went 100% Apple. I miss my Samsung but I couldn’t keep funding two Ecosystems and Apple because of the MacBook beats Samsung.

After months of going back and forth, I have finally realized the S24 Ultra is the device for me. Even if I don't take advantage of much of the features that make this a $1,300 phone, at some point of my week I appreciate they are there for me. While on the 15 Pro Max and other Pro Max devices before that one, I feel like I'm forcing myself to buy the top tier phone because of the ProMotion display and nothing else. with the S24 Ultra, I always feel like I've received a product worthy of its high value.

I have been wanting to upgrade my A32 for a while because it refuses to connect to most wifi unless I am right next to the router which has left me with lots of buffers and a higher LTE bill. You need a good folio case. Why settle for anything less? 3 slots for your ID & main bank cards, a slot for cash, the ability to prop your phone up for media viewing, and finally; front face protection. Im still rocking a Galaxy S10+ in mint condition because of a folio case, and I have a classy looking one; its saved my phone from bad drops many times. Im getting one to protrct my new S24 Ultra when it comes in.

Andres, you need a MagSafe pop socket! It makes using the phone one handed SOOOO much easier as well as grippier, if you still want to carry cards get the pop wallet+ it comes in various versions such as leather or plastic it’s super super handy!! I struggle to understand the problem with sending messages between Android and Apple. I have two friends with an Apple, and my husband and I have an Android. We use Verizon's text message system and the text between us and our friends is no problem. We send pictures and videos and sometimes the video quality is bad, but we're just sending them to share a moment, not to keep the vid for all eternity. But messages themselves have never been an issue, even when we travel internationally. What is the problem everyone has? Is it just the color of the text bubble?

I tried switching from the iPhone 15 PM to the S24U, but just couldn't do it. For one, it's hard to leave the ecosystem once you are well within it. The S24U is a beast of a phone, but I absolutely hate that a lot of things are duplicated by Samsung and Google. For some things you must be signed into Samsung for, and others of course you must have Google, and then some you need both. While you need One UI for a lot of the features, I really wish there was a Play Edition of newer phones where you can have the full clean Google experience without all the unnecessary bs on top of it. That is one thing Apple really has going for it. And with RCS coming to the iPhone, for 99% of people, either phone will be even better in their own ways.

I believe the average person does not own luxurious cars as showcased in this video. The S24 Ultra is an affordable phone designed for the general public, and I am unsure why there is such a strong emphasis on the expensive aspect of cars. Ive had S24 since it came out and came from iphone 14 max. Ive noticed android is slightly more glitchy with scrolling. Instagram is laggy and going through followers if i click on profiles and go back after scrolling it automatically takes me back to the top.. its annoying. If i hold to pause a video theres a slight delay. The battery was great at first and slowly declining. Messaging tbh compared to imessage sucks. I gave it a shot and tbh ios runs smoother with snap, insta, fb and messenger. Im going back to iphone 15 pro max.
