Hi Mona, I am happy that you started this routine. For heat, you can use heat cap which has flaxeeds init so for oiling or deep condition, you can use that.

Im using dermavive face wash & then neutriderm moisturizer and last aqualogica Sun screen... For couple of weeks... Now I got more Acnes on face sis.... After Sun screen I'm using normal talcum powder... Is tats the reason for my Acnes... Suggest some solutions sister

Nutriderm moisturizer is a bit tacky that could be a reason for ur pores getting clogged and causing acne..Try using cetaphil or dot and key ceramide moisturizer ..because I have very sensitive skin and tacky moisturizers usually causes acne for me..I am using aqualogica sunscreen and normal powder only like you said,that did not cause me any issues mam..

This koondhal care product vdo is we need😭😭tq...i have low porosity hair and i am using rosemary oil with jojoba oil then i use heat cap for 15 mins and then wash my hair... really it makes a huge difference... Pls try and review heatless curl rollers The best haul😍

@@Nancy-judith products i use Detangle hair with wooden comb Apply rosemary oil(essential oil) mixed with jojoba(carrier oil) to scalp nd i give gentle massage for atleast 5 mins..i apply only few drops to my hair length and don't comb after applying the oil..make a bun..nd i use heat cap for 15 mins...after that i wash it with BBLUNT INTENSE MOISTURE shampoo and conditioner..LOVE AND BEAUTY ARGAN CONDITIONER is also worth a try...always dilute your shampoo and conditioner ...use less amount (LESS IS MORE) finally serum once the hair dried GONNA TRY MICROFIBRE CLOTH AND SATIN CAP
