I totally agree with you on the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Foundation. So many people on youtube were raving about it and I wanted to love it so bad but I just could not get it to work. Totally made my pores and texture look 10x worse and as a combo skin girl, was a grease ball by midday!

Hey this just showed up in my feed and I'm happy to find another down to earth channel! new sub here! I hated those L'Oréal pro matte and pro glow foundations! they look like glue on me. I didn't even try the total coverage. I do however love the lumi formula, it's my only drugstore foundation. great video!

Awe I'm so sad the Tarte foundation didn't work for you, it's one of my favorite foundations of all time. I totally agree with you on the Loreal foundation. I had to title my review of it "worst foundation ever" lol. It was a hot fucking mess. 😋

For the Rainforest of the Sea foundation - if you have the Hangover RX primer, it plays really nicely with that! I like to apply it with a brush and then go over quickly with the BB. I'm super dry though, and I can't get Shape Tape to work for me unless I add an oil to it >.

Kate Anon I've tried every primer with that foundation! I'm pretty sure it hates me lol, but I know a ton of people love it!

Every time I see those kits, like the it cosmetics one- it reminds me of like a little girls first makeup set. Like one that you get at costco with pans of glittery lip gloss. It could be Chanel and I still feel like it's cheap

I havent used pressed glitter, buy i have oily lids as well. I use the nyx face and body glitters for my eyes and they last soooo well. use with a glitter glue and regular primer but they stay on and don't crease. I know they're not pressed but they work well :)

That's cool!! I hadn't heard of it before. I typically sell my makeup to glambot because they do accept lightly used makeup. They kinda rip you off though. Unfortunately there isn't really anywhere else you can sell That stuff though as far as I know. I don't really sell anything else, but I'll look into poshmark in case I do!

Lydia M it means it was both drying AND the inside part of your lips wears off in a very obvious way before the outer color!
